A blur of moments
captured and folded
A solemn regret
for what's incomplete

the clay is now molded

Limbs start decaying
like trees in frozen winter
decomposing brainwaves
crashing into consciousness
a distant whistle
nostalgic remains
ruined potential
now a lifeless vessel
falling far below the earth
tearing hooks from my skin
and now each autumn passing
